Just flew back to OAK and had a strange craving for a ham & cheese croissant. Found Ming's on Yelp - didn't disappoint. Choose to get the croissant heated. Lots of melty white cheese (maybe Swiss). Good amount of ham. Perfectly flaky, buttery croissant. Friendly service. Will be back (might try a donut, looked good too) and will recommend.

I wished the seller would put all donuts in flat box. It looked more presentable and the donuts aren't smashed together especially when the chocolate cover aren't dry enough. That's go my one star. The taste and the price are good. People are lined up for them since opening that already told you about this place. Ham and cheese per my coworker was good. Donuts are very airy and melt in your mouth. Try them out. I appreciated them opening hour since my work starts super early and literally they might be the one opens at the time.

Donuts always fresh! Come very early and they are still warm. Family owned and operated, they are very friendly. I've been going there for over 20 + years.

Ming's Donuts is always great. You should get there earlier in the day to ensure that they'll have what you're looking for though. We were there around 1pm and my favorite, the Apple Fritters were all gone. I asked for a Plain Old Fashioned, OUT, so I got a Chocolate Old Fashioned instead. Additionally, I got a French Cruller. Both had the right textures and were delicious! She also ordered a Chocolate Old Fashioned along with a Blueberry Donut. She said that she enjoyed hers as much as I enjoyed mine. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always clean. We don't do donuts very often, but Ming's is one of our stops when the craving hits.

Wonderful small donut shop! The donuts are so very good! There are other donut places in the area, but I feel that this one has the best tasting! Also, the owners are very nice as well which is always important specially, if it's in the morning and before you've had your coffee

Quick friendly service, fresh baked donuts. Newly remodeled. This location is located in a shopping center so easy free parking. I had a basic chocolate covered glazed donut and a cup of coffee. We also tried their French cruller and chocolate old fashion.

Quality/Quantity - Custard Filled Maple Bar - My usual, always good. Not too sweet. Good proportions with custard and dough. My daughter got the following for herself... Dozen Donut Holes - Her 2nd favorite. Powdered Donut - Her favorite. Blueberry Glaze Cake - Her 3rd favorite. Strawberry Sprinkle - I do not think she enjoyed this one; I might have to eat it tomorrow... Atmosphere - Good size location, plenty of indoor seating. Mostly everyone took to-go. Plenty of mall parking. Open 6 days a week from 4am to 1pm, closed Sundays. Sadly I seemed to only come on Sundays or after 1pm. I keep forgetting when they close!! Service - Good, friendly and welcoming. Price - $10, reasonably priced for what we got. Maybe even considered inexpensive. $5 minimum for credit card charge, which was not a problem for us. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success for what seemed like forever!

Thee softest freshest donuts everrrrrr. Fan favorite at my work! And my household! We love love the blueberry donuts and there glazed ones! I often get there cheese and ham croissants and it's huge! I've also had their cinnamon rolls which are huge as well. The donuts are very affordable. They redesigned the exterior which looks really nice! In the morning there is always a line but it goes by quickly. I would go early if you can, as the options are limited later in the day.
